Goal of the Programme
The aim of the programme is to support the personal and professional development of students and postdoctoral researchers by providing guidance, advice, and feedback from experienced professionals. The SCS Mentoring Programme focuses primarily on career development and networking opportunities.
The current class runs from 1 September 2025, to 30 June 2026.
Application for the 2026-2027 class will open in spring 2026.
Approach
Four regional clusters, each consisting of a management team, mentors, and mentees, are established. Each cluster defines its activities — typically at least two events per semester — at its “kick off meeting”. At the end of the programme year, all participants gather for a closing event.

Rooted in Four Regions
