SCS Foundation Mentoring Programme 2026-27

Shaping Careers in Chemistry - Together

The Mentoring Programme helps early-career scientists explore career opportunities, expand their networks, and shape their future with confidence.

Participants receive guidance and feedback from experienced professionals across academia, industry, start-ups, public institutions, and higher education through small-group mentoring and interactive events.

Running from September to June, the programme combines mentoring sessions, workshops, company visits, network opportunities, a kick-off event, and a closing event.

To ensure a high-quality experience, each regional cluster is limited to around 20 mentees, with a mentor-to-mentee ratio of approximately 1:3.
