SCS Foundation

Mission Statement

The purpose of the SCS Foundation is to promote research and education in the natural sciences, in particular in the fields of chemistry and biochemistry. It supports various Scholarship-, Award- and Mentoring-Programs. The programs of the SCS Foundation are financed by donations from companies and private donors. There is no political or religious bias.

Programs

The Alfred Werner Excellence Scholarship Program
The Best Presentation Award Program at the Fall Meeting of the Swiss Chemical Society honoring the authors of the most outstanding scientific talks or posters.
The SCS Mentoring Program to prepare its young members for their professional career.
